Progynova and vagifem- post hysterctomy

Hi there
I recently had a hysterectomy for adenomyosis. I was on Livial hrt for 8 months which worked well but the gynae has switched me to eostrogen only.
Progynova 2mg and vagifem pessaries.
I had pretty much no side effects on my previous medication other than really aching muscles. I have been on these a week and I am totally exhausted in the mornings (nearly slept through 2 alarms), have a slight rash on my chest and have had a couple of headaches.

The gynae discharged me last week after prescribing these so I guess I would now have to see the gp. How long do I need to give them a chance to settle down?

Might be a silly question to ask, but are you are it's not post-op fatigue? Youve had a major operation and recovery can take 3-6 months to feel fully fit. How long ago was surgery?

It is a major OP and I have made a point of resting but the tiredness is new really and seems to coincide since I've been taking the tablets.
