I am having a lot of trouble getting Elleste Duet HRT. Apparently it is out of stock everywhere. Are other people experiencing the same problem, and if so which alternative have you been offered.

Yes. I normally take Elleste Duet 1 mg. I have been given Novofem which appears to have identical ingredients.
