Is this a symptom of menopause?

Help! My Vagifem seems to have given up. I can't get to the GP this week. I'm using it daily again but as well as being sore 24 hours a day
I feel like I have tiny air bubbles in my fanjo! As if I can burst them if I can cross my legs tightly!
Yuck! Yuck.
Still had regular periods until 2 months ago. I'm 50.
And I've changed my user name because someone misheard me. I obviously also look old enough to be retired now.

It's more likely to be vaginal slackness and air escaping. Do you pelvic floor exercises! And maybe see about using full HRT if local doesn't work?

I get this when I get cystitis or a UTI. When it first happened I thought it was a pelvic floor issue but it wasn't. Sorted the cystitis but I had already started doing loads of exercises and the upside was a better toned fanjo.

It could be menopause related but I am 50 and the number of women I know where everything is put down to menopause is incredible. My friend was nearly prescribed HRT last week for what turned out to be a case of nits. I shit you not.

@JinglingHellsBells

It seems to have come on with the soreness. Vagifem cured the exact same soreness before. I reckon I have good pelvic floor.

Roundturnandtwohalfhitches bloody hell! Your poor friend

I'm prone to UTI which is what gp thought it was when she prescribed Vagifem first time.
