am 43
have been regular +- a day since I started period.

now it's gone missing, more than a week.
pregnancy test negative (would have been almost immaculate conception)

is this it?
have I bought a year's supply of sanitary towels in vain?

It's a bit young for menopause but could be, I stopped dead at 46 and never had another, that was after years of flooding, so I was glad.
