Longer Cycles

Hi. I wrote a post earlier but it didn't seem to show up.

I'm 37. My cycles are on the long side of normal. 30-35 days or so. I'm one of those people who usually knows which week I will come on, but not necessarily which day. I track it all in an app.

Anyway, already this year I have had two very long cycles. One was 55 days. Then I had a normal cycle. Then my last cycle was 47 days.

Could this be perimenopause?

I am not on any hormonal medication or birth control. I am not getting pregnant and then miscarrying as my DH has had a vasectomy. I have previously had investigations for PCOS and for fibroids etc but I don't have any of those issues. I am not underweight or exercising heavily.

I do feel that my PMS is getting worse. I don't know if I have any of the other symptoms because I always feel fuzzy, tired, and headachey anyway.
