Very interesting but I don’t know what her suggestions are, just biological products or stress reduction? It is clear a connection between brain and estrogen but it is not clear what we can do about besides taking hrt.

I found the link ratehr confusing. It seems to be a bit of an advert for her...though I admit I scanned the article late last night.

The link between the brain and loss of estrogen has been known for a while. Woman who have a premature menopause or at higher risk of Parkinson's disease (which has some of the same factors as some forms dementia where movement is affected.)

I am concerned if replacing estrogen we can avoid these risks or it is an absolute aging process.
I found the article confusing too and a bit pessimistic and makes me wonder what we can do.
