Hot, hot, hot

Just wanted to vent really. Hot flushes are killing me, one day at a time I swear. I think I may just melt and some poor soul will find my melted body when they realise I have not been at work!

You are not alone I was having 30 or 40 a day and night time was horrendous I couldn't cope at all. I've been on HRT for a week and the flushes have reduced dramatically and had my first full nights sleep in ages last night bloody marvellous!!

Move to Scotland! I welcomed hot flushes- I used to wait for one before getting out of bed on winter mornings. They were the only times I ever had warm feet and hands!

You'll find HRT is wonderful for flushes. See your doctor and get some !
