Emotional detachment

Hello,
I'm 47 years old. I'm still having periods, but currently suffering with tiredness and problems with my memory (scattiness). I recently started a good multivitamin aimed at menopausal women.
The main issue and i'm not sure whether this is connected to the menopause is emotional detachment.

I literally can't bare the thought of my husband touching me, and I try to avoid it at all times. This is a very recent thing, i'm not naturally a very tactile person.
I'm not sure whether this is a menopause symptom and need to see my doctor or whether I need to consider having some therapy? It's not just my husband though, i'm not keen on anyone touching me at the moment. I find the thought quite repulsive and can't cope with my personal space being invaded.
Any ideas please?

You don't need to see a dr as there is nothing they can do except offer you HRT which would help with all your other symptoms.

I'd give this time. If you can't bear anyone to touch you, maybe try to analyse why?
