Early menopause (35) extreme bloat

So I am 35 and after 2 years of symptoms my fsh levels of 61 confirmed I have been going through early menopause. My
Mum and nan were both 40 so it is in the family but I feel that being sterilised is what kick started it for me. I am slim and healthy, walking 2 hours each day and gym 3-4 times a week. All of a sudden my tummy (no where else) has ballooned and I have gained half a stone of pure painful bloating. No matter what I do it will not shift. It hurts to wear jeans as the bloating is so uncomfortable. I eat healthy, i have cut out anything that can cause bloating but if anything it is getting worse. On top of this I have been having very embarrassing episodes of falling asleep. I mean I fall asleep on the spot, wherever I am. Being a working mum of 3 very young kids means I am always tired but this is something else. I miss train stops, i fall asleep at shows and forget even trying to watch a film. This and the bloating are making me so so anxious and depressed. Can anyone relate or advise? Thanks x

I think with any unusual bloating you need to go and see your doctor. I would request a ultrasound and maybe some blood tests.

Hi! You need help from a professional and if there no contradiction hrt. You are too young to let your body without estrogen. Ask for help.
