Kliovance - what to expect?

Ok, almost 50 and last period almost 2 yrs ago. Lots of symptoms over last few years but nothing too awful for too long. I saw my gp recently to ask about HRT to protect bone density as I’ve read that it can be adversely affected by menopause. She has put me straight onto Kliovance tablets for 3 months having dismissed my concerns about things like raised risk of stroke, blood clots and heart attacks all of which I have very close family history of

I’ve been taking them for a couple of weeks and just wondering when and if I should expect to notice a difference. I currently suffer hot flashes several times a night, some insomnia and my libido has definitely done a runner lately. I have had episodes of anxiety and low mood but am fine with that at the moment.

Will such a low dose of hormones actually do anything positive? I don’t really know what to expect from HRT. Ideally I’d like to feel about 35 again but that’s probably pushing it but it would be good if I had a clue what it could actually do.
