Trying to convince myself it's not tumour...
My headaches can be severe, dizziness, nausea and the brain fog is ridiculous. It started with being forgetful, now I cant remember basic words, it's so frustrating.

Anyone? This is one of the worst peri symptoms for me

Your post is like a mirror to my symptoms. I have also been considering getting a brain scan!

The word blindness in particular is very annoying. I can be staring at a box of tissues, and I will ask my husband to pass me the... the... and it takes a good few seconds for me to find the word tissues.

Headaches are really getting me down, agree with the dizziness and queasy side effects. Pain killers don't kick them into touch either. The worst one I had lasted (on and off, not consistently) 3 and a half days.

Rotten isn't it? Annoys me that it makes me feel like I would need a brain scan when it's most likely hormones. Some days I can rationalise that, some days I cant!

I have just been prescribed Clonidine for my hormonal headaches by a consultant who specialises in balance disorders-he says it’s widely used and can be e trembly helpful for hormonal migraine prophylaxis

A magnesium supplement and vitamin B2 were also advised. I take ReMag every day already (expensive but doesn’t upset gut like some magnesium supplements) and have just started the B2 today. I’m desperate as I’ve been getting progressively more unwell due to migraines

I’m doing the seed rotation as I figure it can’t hurt to try it!
