Well 5+years of hot flushes, palapatations and weight gain!. Feel awful and so alone even though I have close friends and husband plus an 18year old😏. Feel like crying so much of the time, no idea what to wear or more like what I fit into!...Totally hacked off with life and this menopause malarky....if it wasn't for work I'd live in Pj's! 😪😪 on top of that diagnosed with osteoporosis 😪

What's the back story to this?

How did you get your osteo diagnosis? Who is treating you and what treatment are you being given?

How old are you?

For women under 60, HRT is still used as treatment for osteo and it should also help with all your other symptoms.

Do you have a good doctor?

@jinglingHellsBells thanks - osteo diagnosis after fall and bad wrist fracture 18months ago though osteo diagnosed late last year...Also U can't take HRT for other reasons.....

How old are you?

What are the reasons you can't have HRT?

So many women come on this forum and say they have been told that and often they are being given wrong information.

The only black and white reasons are a recent blood clot, recent breast cancer, possible strong family history of this, (but that is debatable at times) or a recent heart attack.
