Mouth Sores and Peri-menopause

Has anyone suffered with Mouth sores during peri-menopause? The last couple of months, I have suffered with mouth sores/ulcers and really sore gums. I read that it could be due to changing hormone levels. Has anyone else had this and any suggestions for treatment? Thanks

Vitamin B Complex supplement (one a day) cured mine.
