Loss of sense of smell and taste

I can no longer smell anything when people at work complain about a dishwasher or fridge smell.
This week, I can no longer taste coffee. I love coffee. I only drink coffee. I have tried 4 or 5 brands, all taste faintly like dirty water or just water now.
I can smell my flavoured coffee and perfume, just not some smells that others can.
Has this happened to anyone else? I haven't had a period in about a year and only 1 or 2 in the year before that. Night sweats haven't happened for months. Mood swings have faded.

I miss coffee.

Have you seen a gp? I think you should. Temporary loss can be caused by cold/flu, hayfever etc but more permanent loss could be neurological, although that would probably cause you to lose all sense of smell and you can still smell other things. Maybe you should try a course of nasal spray from doc to see if things improve..dishwater coffee does not sound good lol. Good luck
