Breast collarbone and neck pain leftside

Hi it started with left breast pain b4 periods then arm and shoulderblader ,several months later I still have pain and its seems to have gone up now 24 day b4 period itches to left side collar bone and neck had mamo scan and blood tests all clear but still in pain

Sorry that ment to say 14 days b4 period it goes to
