Sour milk smell

I've noticed a heightened sense of smell of late and it's driving me insane. Tonight the bedding ( to me ) stank of sour milk! When I checked it seems my forearms were the culprit. Just HOW can just my forearms stink of sour milk ??? I'm 49 btw and not had a period for over 2 months hence posting question in here. Thanks

Last time I had this heightened sense of smell, I was pregnant. That's what made me realise I was pregnant, in fact. Can anyone else smell it when they smell your arm?

Thanks for the reply. Yes. My DP can smell it. Not pregnant as DP had a vasectemy 2 years ago.

Are you sure the vasectomy worked?

100%. My period has just arrived after nearly 3 months.

Do you wear rubber gloves to wash up?
Only asking because they also make my arms stink. Or failing that some body lotion possibly?

Didn't get to bottom of the problem. Washed my arms with Dove soap, changed the bedding and problem solved ( fingers crossed it doesn't happen again ). Don't use rubber gloves for washing up. Also only use body lotion for hands and feet - never moisturise arms . .

This is weird. For weeks now I've been smelling gone off milk when nobody else can. It's driving me bonkers as dr Google suggested a brain tumour!! I wondered if it's a hormonal thing?
