Or does it depend on symptoms?

I had a hysterectomy 7 years ago. I am 48 but still have my ovaries.

Just keen to see what’s likely to be prescribed so I can read up on the drug beforehand.

I’ve got terrible brain fog, feeling down and hellish hot flushes. Not sleeping well either.

You only need estrogen as you have no uterus.

Safest is transdermal-patch or gel. Personal choice - or ought to be!

Up to you to state a preference.
