What dose of progesterone should I go onto - 200 or lower?
And presumably a 50 mg oestrogen patch?
Thanks.

Are you already using conti HRT?

The dose for Utrogestan is 200mgs for sequi (12 days a month) or 100mgs daily for conti, every day or 25 days a month (the 3-day gap is for any bleed that may occur but you can take 100mgs every day.)

These instructions come with the leaflet in the packet.

Yes, I am. I’m just going to see the gp to change from the Evorel and want to make sure I’m given the correct dose. Having read so many stories on here, I just want to double check first.

I wondered how you’re getting on teta? I have just moved from the now out -of- production FemSeven Conti patches to the fem seven oestrogen only patches and 100mg utrogestan. ( I felt terrible on everil Conti) I’m taking the Utrogestan vaginally and continuously. Day four ...so far so good.

I’m about to switch tonight Rosenpants.
I wanted to settle down on the Everol conti patch first and I had a months prescription. I now have a months supply of the Oestrogen only Everol patch -50mg and 100mg of Utrogestan oral tablets.
I’ve had spotting and light bleeding for a few days on the Evorel and have a very bloated tummy and fluid retention. I’m also getting some endometriosis symptoms back as well. So I’m sleeping better and I feel better. But is that a good exchange of looking several months pregnant and like a weeble😩.

Hope it’s ok for you, teta I have switched to taking the utrogestan orally as it was making me sore when I took it vaginally. I felt horribly sick last night but I hope it’ll settle. I don’t know which is the lesser of the two evils.
I think it’s time for me to get an update from Theramex on the progress of getting FemSeven Conti back into production. 😡
