Put my first patch on today had been putting off starting HRT but the mood swings and anxiety were getting worse. I feel so much better already, is it just the relief of finally giving in or could it be the effect of the patches.

am on day 3 of patches. not feeling a huge difference yet to be honest - perhaps marginally less hot flushes but that could be wishful thinking

Really helped me, glad you are feeling better

Thank you, EvaHarknessRose from what I've read it usually takes a few weeks though. So maybe its psychological !!

The same! I felt almost immediately better after taking hrt. My only regret is that I didn’t start it sooner. I started my peri at 38 but I had no idea!

I felt great yesterday but not today. What on earth is going on. I didn't think I would feel anything for a while. I've been on the pill and have a Mirena coil but somehow the patches feel different. Perhaps I shouldn't be on them as I felt elated yesterday and now crap and panicky today.
