HRT....out of stock. I’ve had three prescriptions in the past 3 weeks. I have managed to pick up a small number of tablets of the third but the pharmacist had none at the dose I’d been prescribed so I’m having to double up. He cannot be certain whether I will be able to pick up the rest from him in a fortnight.

Ellest Duet Conti and Premique OUT OF STOCK and only the smaller dose of Femoston available. I hate the idea of swapping and changing, as well.

Anyone know what’s going on?

I've had this recently. I was using Everol Conti and had to swap to Fem Seven for a few months, the swapped back again.

Now I've been prescribed Tibolone and that's currently unavailable...

I don't know, but it's possible it's a no-deal Brexit thing if warehouses are stockpiling and reducing the amount they send out to pharmacies- you need to ask the pharmacy to contact their suppliers and the manufacturers.

I was told that there is a problem from the drug companies and there are few supplies but under control. I am not in UK and the same problem here.

Good to know it’s not a Brexit thing. However, I think this is a taste of what it’ll be like 😐

Anyone doing “natural remedies”?

I have to counteract others and say it absolutely IS Brexit. I've had the same issues as you all & was chasing all over town for the drugs my dd needed. Everywhere was out of stock. One pharmacy said they had no luck with getting any info when speaking to the manufacturers but she offered me her shop phone to call them directly myself & gave me the no. They told me it's the uncertainty over Brexit causing the wholesalers to stockpile & nothing they could do about it. The pharmacist told me she had a list of 33 drugs she could no longer get hold of for the time being...

I take Tibolone and had no problem getting it, got some this morning!

I managed to get some Evorel 50 (oestrogen only) and Utrogestan last week, although the pharmacy didn't have enough Evorel in stock to fulfil my prescription. I wonder if the combined HRT preps are more affected for some reason?

I've tried natural remedies but they have no impact whatsoever. Have alos upped the exercise, reduced the alcohol and lost weight but still having my life ruined by hot flushes
