Anyone had acupunture in perimenopause?

Did it help relieve symptoms? After 5 years of various symptoms and a ramping up a couple in particular I am so fed up.

I've read that acupunture can be good for hormonal imbalances in general so wondering if ot would bring some relief.

Any experiences, good/bad/indifferent?
