I have had several symptoms now over the last few months and my doctor agrees that I am Peri menopausal. She recommended I think about the Mirena Coil and the. Have an Oestrogen patch.
Having spoken to friends and reading up on it, I really don't want the coil. Are there other options for someone who needs contraception too?
Only other option i can think of is to ask my OH to have the snip but this takes time to arrange etc and I would like to at least start on something soon.
