Is there a menopause symptoms tracker?

Ideally a tracker for download on Android that I can log when I'm feeling awful.

I'd quite like to see if there's a pattern in symptoms that aren't period related (I have no cramps or bleeding).

Even some health or wellbeing tracker where I can log things like too hot, exhausted, achy, no energy, other flu like symptoms without the flu...

I use Period Tracker on iPhone - not sure about android? It has options for all of the things you want and an option to add your own notes on any day you want

I've just found one called Health Log where I can add in extra categories for different symptoms. Will see how it goes.

One new category is 'Just fucking awful', which I feel may be useful if I go to the GP with this.

There's an app called Hot Flash Sisters which I recently downloaded. Haven't started using it yet but you can track symptoms and it has discussion boards.

I'll have a look for that, thanks.
