Spotted these on facebook.

has anybody tried them

Expensive but the reviews are very positive - could do with some editing too Grin

Tempted to buy a vest for wearing in bed. I've bought some bamboo bottoms and they definitely help. Thinking about bamboo sheets too. I'm also using a medical grade sheepskin to sleep, which also helps disperse the heat and sweat. I haven't had an unbroken night sleep in a very very long time.

I know this isn't what you asked, but have you considered HRT? That's why it's there :) Unless you come into the can't use it category.
If you are concerned about risks, it's worth looking at the link to the TV prog that was on last week- it's about 8 threads down here.

Thank you - I have but am trying self help as I've not had it too bad, just the hot flushes and aching joints - no psychological side effects so far. I was posting as much to make other people aware of them as to get advice for myself.

I did see that progamme - are you on HRT @JinglingHellsBells?

@OrigamiZoo
Yes I am - 11 years.
Tried a few alternative things like sage - didn't get much relief.
