Ever since I entered perimenopause my eyes frequently look puffy. I have had blood tests for thyroid, heart, cholesterol etc and all normal. Does anyone else have this and how can it be helped? I tried some de puffing eye gel and it doesn't do anything to help (Clarins one with caffeine)

I find that sleeping with a window open really helps.

The Body Shop does a good over-eye depuffer.

The Body Shop Drops of Youth eye mask is fab for reducing puffiness and vitamin e eye cube is great for easing hay fever cause puffy eyes through the day. Also consider increasing you calcium intake.
