Multi vitamins

Hi , can anyone recommend good multi vitamins please ?

No.

Because vitamins are only of any use if your diet is deficient.
The exception is Vit D which everyone is advised to take over the winter months.

Most multi vits contain very small amounts of most vitamins. You would get exactly the same with a good diet- at least 5 fruit and veg a day, nuts, oily fish, wholegrains, etc.

If you have food intolerances- ie lactose- and can't eat dairy, then a calcium/ magnesium supplement is worth thinking about, but otherwise, it's a waste of money.

Hi Applejack, I take evening primrose to help with period pain I've been getting with periods being all over the place. I think they help whether it's in the mind or not it does help me so I'm happy with that. I've just bought some starflower vitamins with evening primrose so going to try them next.
