Question about patches..

I am on my 2nd months of Evorel 50/conti patches and don't seem to have had a bleed this time round. Is this normal? I was told I'd have a regular monthly period ( I'd not had one for 6/8 months beforehand). The first month I did have a period albeit a short light one. Should I be going back to the doctor I'm wondering.

Are you peri menopausal and taking progesterone? If so you should have a bleed.

Yes its the combined one I use one set of 4 patches for two weeks then the other set of 4 for the remain two week and repeat..

I was on the everol patch and utrogesten separately so not sure about the combined one, sorry. Have you tried asking on menopause matters? Some very knowledgeable and helpful people on there.

I though you needed not to ha e a period for 12 mo this (including any light spotting) before you could go on continuous hrt although I'm not sure why.
