Good evening
My dr has confirmed tonight that she believes I am suffering with early menopause. I had bloods which came back normal which as she said hormones change daily so she could test me again next week with completely different results. As I am only 38 she has suggested I try life style changes to help with my symptoms and siad to look at the NHS website as well as Menopause matters but Im really needing advice on how I can help myself as all I am seeing is healthy eating and exercise.

I was at the same place a year ago! Blood tests aren’t always accurate during peri. My diagnosis for early memo based more on my symptoms and I took hrt almost immediately.

Do you not smoke, avoid alcohol, manage stress well, eat a very healthy diet & get plenty of aerobic exercise?

I guess that if you have already a healthy life style you can go on this way. No smoking, no sugar, exercise etc. The best for me is to go on my life and not to overthink about meno.
