There were many interesting topics Mariella discussed during this program with various specialists.
One in particular has caught my eye.
There was a group of women, who are not using HRT, who went through 6 weeks CBT for menopause. Their results were amazing. Night flashes were significantly lower( by 95%) and lots of other health improvements.
Has any of you tried CBT for menopause? I checked and there's place in London which charges £100 for one hour session 1-2-1 for this kind of therapy (I don't have private insurance at the moment).
I don't suffer from anxiety or stress from my menopause but my hot flashes, which restarted again before Christmas after few months, make me very tired.
