So I’m 40 years old.
I’m going through peri and have been all over the place lately.
Gp has suggested going wirh the coil and I’m still in two minds about this. Need to gather up more information.
Periods are further apart and have absolutely horrible nipple pain in both breasts.
Exactly like when you start breastfeeding for thr first time. It’s pulling pain going through my chest and back. Quiet hard to explain. But no rash or change in breast.
I can’t weer a bra and very sensitive.
It happened before but this time has lasted longer and it’s around period days. Anyone else with similar experiences? Or even heard of this ?
