WK1 HRT .. What's occurring

I thought I'd update you all.. week 1 of patches (the ones I paid double prescription charges for).! I feel a little calmer .. but I do have quite odd period pains going on. Having not had a period for some months 4/6 months in fact I'm a little concerned what's brewing! Normal?

any estrogen is going to'wake up' things. it'll settle down. Best not to focus on it all too much and just get on with life as normal.
