What time of day to take progesterone

I’m peri taking sandrema oestrogen gel daily at night for days 15-26 I need to add 2 progesterone is it best to take at night time too. Really nervous about adding this med in as I’m doing fine on the gel! Any tips

I think you will find the leaflet advises on when to take them- bedtime. They can cause short term dizziness and sleepiness.

I am taking progesterone for the last few days instead of mirena and not sleeping i hope my body adapts as not sleeping is horrid

I am taking it at night and I’m fine but I also take my magnesium d zinc at night which helps you sleep
