Another night of a hideous migraine, dry mouth and a metallic taste! Does anyone have any ideas what this might be? Not sure if it's the menopause but I still have periods and still ovulate about 5 times a year. Unfortunately I have a huge fibroid about 12cm and extremely heavy periods which are not every month but about 8 times a year, I am 53 years old. Anyones have ideas??
