Have decided to come off HRT for various reasons. Have just finished the white packet. Can I stop now? Thank you...

Do you mean the estrogen only tabs?

You need to have a withdrawal bleed so have to complete the pack IF YOU HAVE NO NATURAL PERIODS otherwise you will be left with a uterine lining that has not shed. Ask your GP to be sure.
