Hi, I am a 44 year old mother of one and i've been through the ups and downs that come with Postnatal depression and now it's Perimenopause

I never knew how difficult this would be. I am now looking to write a book about my journey and want to help those who have this to come.

Please share your stories, experiences and your journey

I feel an obligation to help others so they can get their lives back

I'm not sure how anon stories would be useful in a book. If you want to write a book on this you need to find people in real life but here are already many books on this topic out there.
