Nausea & Anxiety

Is anyone experiencing nausea and anxiety in terms of menopausal symptoms. I have no appetite, waves of nausea are waking me up and hitting me throughout the day which is making anxiety symptoms worse. I'm 46 and have been on Elleste Duet 2mg for 10 days in the hope this alleviates the symptoms. Grateful for any feedback, thank you.

I get nausea but more with hormonal headaches in perimenopause
