HRT and Mirena

I have mirena for the progesterone part of HRT. When should it be changed. Have been noticing slight show every month recently

I haven't been on here for a while so may not be accurate, but from what I can remember, the Mirena lasts 5 years for contraception and one year less (4 years) for hrt.
