Spotting mid cycle

Is this normal? Very much into peri, migraines, sweats, heavy periods which come every month but not as regularly. Today I noticed I am spotting lightly like I do when I'm coming on. I'm mid cycle.

Yes. Periods going from getting further apart to suddenly every 10-14 days.
When I did get genuine mid cycle spotting my GP gave me an urgent referral to a gynaecologist. I had a hysteroscopy and d&c. I had polyps and fibroids.
Periods are now back to every 31 days and last for 10 days. Sigh...
I’m 53. I wonder when they will finally end.
