Sorry for the title but literally got home, feel like I am burning from the inside, more of a heat than a flush, stripped off an having a lie down before picking up DD.

Other symptoms are nausea, mood swings, dizziness and headaches but periods still fairly regular. Have had simple test via GP to check hormone levels but apparently they are fine (done 6 months ago). However, I am not sure how sensitive these tests are. I am 45 and convinced I am peri menopausal. Does this sound like anyone else? I just hate feeling constantly unwell.

I'm feeling similar so shall watch with interest. I'm 46 and just feel 'hot' every now and again , tired constantly , bloated to point of looking pg (which im not btw) . My hormone levels were low but I believe something is going on

I've got some kind of mild bug this week, on top of which I've just got back form a physical job - I'm sat here in my nightie!

Sounds just like me. I’m 46 next month and I’m making myself very unpopular at home and with customers at work as I can’t cope without floor standing fans on full blast. I’m currently on Norethisterone to try and stop a full on period I’ve had since 20th August. Combined with constant fatigue during the day (but can’t sleep at night!), intense back pain and a constant urge to shout at the slightest thing I feel like an irrational monster. I just hope my periods hurry up and do one!

It's all peri menopause.

I just hope my periods hurry up and do one!

I wouldn't wish your life away. Many of us only start with symptoms once periods stop!!!
