Did HRT help your tinnitus?

Just that really.
Tinnitus is the one thing since going peri that affects me every waking hour.
The other stuff comes and goes and at the moment is something of a spur to live more healthily as good sleep / food / activities make it better.
But not the tinnitus!

No it didn't for me. What helps is better sleep (haha) but was also told to increase drinking water and I have to say that this seems to help a lot (but now bladder screaming at me!)
