Hi , I think I’m menopausal , but I’m not sleeping well atall , I wake up several times a night or sometimes I feel so tired and can’t sleep
I am of menopausal age but I’ve been experiencing terrible headaches
It started off during the night behind my left ear it’s very uncomfortable but last night I woke with an awful banging head on the right side I took two nurofen and went back to bed & slept . I seem to be getting headache mostly every morning maybe it’s not menopausal
Anyone experienced headaches like this?

I haven’t had the same as you but when I was going through the menopause I often woke early with a dull headache which the doc said was migraine. He prescribed sumatriptan and they worked for me, so long as there was enough time for me to get back to sleep before needing to get up for work. I always thought it was odd waking with a headache and since retiring it hasn’t happened once!

Did you guys ever tried using medicinal marijuana for menopause? Many of us think that cannabis only affects the brain. But it's far from the truth, cannabis can also influence the reproductive system. According to some studies some cannabis properties can help you through the menopausal transition and helps ease the pain, mood swings, and sleeping problems. Not all cannabis has the same medical effects so you should know what strain to use like this www.ilovegrowingmarijuana.com/gelato/, this strain are often recommended by doctors because it is very effective when it comes to mood swings and other menopausal problems. If this is true I cant find any solid conclusive evidence that speaks to its efficacy. Any personal experience or testimonial would be highly appreciated. Thanks
