Lump found

Sorry all but I have just found a lump under my arm. I think it's itchy. I am 5 years into my menopause. I'm going to try and get it checked out tomorrow but as it's Friday and I may not be seen, I wondered if anyone had any benign cyst stories I can possibly hang onto over the weekend. Please.

So I have had a heavy cold. Could the lump be formed from a lymph glad infection?

Hi, it could be - I actually had glandular fever, confirmed by blood test, and never knew I'd had it!! But you are doing the right thing, it's really important to get it checked out. :) Hope you can get an appointment sooner rather than later, if they can fit you in today at least you can relax over the weekend. The most lumphs are not dangerous and too common during peri or meno. Try not to worry too much and you will see! :)
