Which HRT to take

I am going to try HRT. I am going for blood tests tomorrow to check for levels. I thought I could just go through it naturally, but the hot flushes, memory loss, insomnia, no sex drive is getting worse. Not had a period for 8 years which is the only good thing. I am just wondering what brand to take as don't want any bleeding after all this time. Any suggestions please?

Definitely you have to ask your gyn! You cannot just take hrt without any medical advice!
You are 8 years post meno and if you still can take hrt (I think you can, except if there are contradictions) you can try a continuous type. Also Tibolone is a good choice, I think, for you.
