I’m starting to get the message that you’ve to take responsibility for the decisions in relation to your own menopause. I want to be prepared for my next medical appointment- the last one was full of ‘some women want.. ‘ and ‘what do you think?’

Does anyone know a good book to give me a view on things?

The premature menopause book. Petra’s
Menopause Your way. Barbara Taylor
I find the first more helpful for my early meno.

Your Change Your Choice- written by a gynae- Michael Dooley.
It's medical advice around choices and lifestyle changes.

Thanks for these, looking them up I am reminded of why I haven’t bought one already - I am worried about reading about a whole lot of issues I don’t have and thus adding to my worries. Confused
