Taking tablets when you've forgotten

Hi all.

My memory is up the left and I keep forgetting to take my HRT tablets! To begin with I took them in the morning but by the end of the first week it had stretched to evening due to me forgetting.

I've just realised I forgot to take it last night, about 11pm. I've just taken it now but does that mean I should not take tonight's dose or carry on as normal? Arghhhh!

It doesn't matter when in the day you take it- morning, noon or night. So take the next one now.
Why not set an alarm on your phone?
Or get into a routine like after morning shower / teeth clean? That's how I work it with my gel.

Thanks Queen, I just wasn't sure if I should take the forgotten one at 11 and again tonight.

I take a few vitamins at night so I was trying to take them then, I thought it would help me remember. I still forget Angry

At the first month I was trying to remember to take it before going to bed but afterwards it becomes a daily routine. A year on hrt, no missed tablets, no irregular periods, everything normal.
