My sister is under menopause clinic and has in the last 3 months been given extra oestrogen as she is feeling low still they did bloods said she only had 90! Not absorbing through patches so will put on tabs. Anyone had this experienve

What units was the oestrogen measured in? If pmol/l then this is very low. If pg/ml then it's fine. Hiwever docs should go on symptoms - if her symptoms are not lessened or eliminated then she needs a higher dose. What dose patches is she on? Some find that changing to gel is preferable if patches don't work. Tablets can also be variable - but depends on the individual.

She is taking 50mg and 25mg in an additional.patch
