Is this perimenopause?

Incredibly heavy periods (losing 150 ml as measured in mooncup, feel like dying) that are really irregular - cycle lengths 3 months, 2 months, 3 weeks, 2 months...

Egg white cervical mucus gets produced 2 weeks after period for a few days... then a week later more EWCM. Repeat for a bit, then a luteal phase of 2 days then another horrendously heavy period.

Have felt like something might not be quite right spatially during EWCM production - possible ovarian cyst or something - as my hernia gets pushed out much more than usual.

is this just bog standard perimenopause?

Do I have any chance of getting pregnant? I assume there's some likelihood of twins with all the EWCM-stop-EWCM-stop thing going on...
