I've been taking the mini pill for years, no longer for contraception but have stayed on it as I previously had heavy periods.
I never used to have periods on it, then would get small bleed every few months. I know seem to be having almost regular periods, about every 5 weeks. Not too heavy.
Just wondered if this could be a sign of peri menopause? I also have anxiety but thought that was just related to personal issues.
