Age: 50
Every 23 to 25 day’s, a three day migraine-type (migraine sufferer from childhood) headache, throwing up, cannot keep anything down, not even water (this lasts the first 24 hours);
I also have the flushes, which are manageable for now; anxiety and aching joints.
Currently on FemSeven patches and preying that they help. First type of patches didn’t.
It’s the headache part that impacts - off work, cannot get out of bed etc.
Thank you.

Hi! Maybe you need higher dose of estrogen and a cyclical type. I’m on tablets and it’s ok. Maybe someone more experienced can help...

Is femseven a conti type or sequi?

I tend to get a slight migraine most cycles on sequi when the progesterone falls off (but I did anyway with my own cycles.)

You might be better on a continuous type though if you are still peri that could be an issue anyway. How far are you in menopause? Periods still or not?
