Libido

Hi everyone
I am 43 and am pre menopause as having lots of symptoms but blood tests come back all ok
Doc has put me on contraceptive pill as says that will ease symptoms
Has anyone lost their sexual libido in this time and if so what do you do to improve it ?

I had no sexual desire when my peri started a year ago. I started HRT and I feel human again. I have a good libido but I think that is due to my good mood, better energy and sleep.

Contraceptive pill probably won't help libido and may even depress it - and depending what type? Until it's time for HRT (and if you take it make sure you use transdermal oestrogen) it's difficult to know what to suggest.
